At Griffin Gears, we stand behind the durability of our equipment. If your gear doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in clean, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
